Being family owned
Colin Saunders first bought the park in 1969 with the aim of making it the finest residential park in the UK.
In his early years Colin studied and had a great passion for Horticulture. After travelling around North America and Europe he allowed these influences to revolutionise his ideas which transformed into something truly unique. His son Russell joined his father and the family business was established.
We’re proud to be family-owned, completely independent and intend to remain so. Starting with a smile, we make it our mission to ensure our residents enjoy every moment that they reside with us on Court Mount.
